Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2026  ·  Last updated: October 6, 2026

The short version. We don't ask you to fill in forms. When you call (833) 844-1215, we receive your phone number and details about the call, and we connect you with an independent travel agency partner who can help with your booking. The call may be recorded. We use cookies and ad tools to measure our advertising. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop selling or sharing it, at any time.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Flight Booking Line is operated by BookaBiz ("Flight Booking Line", "we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you:

  • visit our website at flightbookingline.com and any page that links to this policy (the "Site"); or
  • call our phone line, (833) 844-1215, or any other number we advertise (the "Line").

Together we call these our "Services".

Flight Booking Line is an independent travel booking service. We are not an airline, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any airline. When you call, your call may be answered by one of our independent travel agency partners ("Partners"). Each Partner is a separate business with its own privacy practices. Once you are connected to a Partner, the information you give that Partner — including your travel and payment details — is handled under the Partner's own privacy policy, not this one.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Our Site has no forms, and we don't ask you to create an account. You may give us information when you:

  • Call the Line: your voice, and anything you choose to tell us or a Partner, such as your name, trip details, travel dates, number of travellers and any existing booking reference.
  • Contact us by email or post: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
  • Make a privacy request: the information we need to verify and handle it.

We do not collect payment card details through the Site. If you book travel by phone, your payment is taken and processed by the Partner or the airline, not by Flight Booking Line.

Information collected automatically when you call

  • Your phone number, and caller ID name where available.
  • Call details: the date, time and length of the call, the number you dialled, and how the call was routed.
  • Approximate location, worked out from your area code or phone carrier (not GPS).
  • Your carrier and line type (for example, mobile or landline).
  • Call recordings and transcripts, where calls are recorded (see section 5).
  • Information about the outcome of the call that a Partner reports back to us, such as whether a booking was made.

Information collected automatically when you visit the Site

  • Device and browser details: IP address, browser type, operating system, screen size and language.
  • How you use the Site: pages viewed, time spent, buttons tapped (including call buttons) and the page that sent you to us.
  • Advertising and campaign information, such as the ad you clicked, campaign codes in the link, and click identifiers set by ad platforms (for example, Google's "gclid" or Meta's "fbclid").
  • Approximate location (city or region) derived from your IP address.
  • Cookie and similar identifiers (see section 7).

Information from third parties

  • Advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta), which tell us how our ads performed.
  • Call-tracking and call-routing providers, which handle the technology that connects your call.
  • Partners, which may confirm whether a call met their criteria or resulted in a booking.

Sensitive information

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, health information or government ID numbers, through the Site or the Line. If a Partner needs passport or similar details to complete a booking, that Partner collects them under its own privacy policy. Please don't send us sensitive information by email.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide the Services: answer and route your call, and connect you with a Partner who can help with your booking, change or cancellation.
  • Run quality control: review calls for quality, training and dispute resolution, and check that Partners treat callers properly.
  • Handle billing between us and our Partners: confirm which calls were connected, how long they lasted and whether they qualified for payment.
  • Measure and improve our advertising and Site: understand which ads and pages lead to calls, and make the Site faster and easier to use.
  • Keep the Services safe: detect and prevent spam calls, fraud, abuse and security incidents.
  • Respond to you: answer your questions, complaints and privacy requests.
  • Meet legal obligations: comply with law, respond to lawful requests from authorities, and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use your information to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.

4. How we share your information

We share personal information only as described here:

  • Travel agency Partners. When we connect your call, the Partner receives your call and your phone number, and hears whatever you say on the call. Partners pay us when they receive calls, so this sharing may count as a "sale" under some US state laws. See section 8 for how to opt out.
  • Service providers. Companies that work for us under contract, such as call-tracking and routing platforms, telephone carriers, website hosting, analytics, email and IT support. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners. Companies such as Google and Meta receive information about Site visits and calls (for example, a click identifier and whether a call happened) so we can measure our ads and reach people who may be interested in our Services. See section 7.
  • Legal and safety. Where we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to comply with law or a legal process, to protect the rights, property or safety of any person, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, personal information may be transferred as part of that deal, subject to this Privacy Policy.
  • With your consent, or at your direction.

We may also share information that has been de-identified or aggregated so it no longer identifies you.

5. Call recording and monitoring

Calls to the Line may be monitored and recorded, by us, by our call-routing providers and by Partners, for quality, training, billing, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Where the law requires it, you will hear a notice at the start of the call. By staying on the line after that notice, you consent to the call being recorded. If you don't want to be recorded, please hang up. You can then contact us at [email protected] to discuss other options.

We may create transcripts or summaries of recordings to help with quality review. Recordings are kept only as long as described in section 11.

6. Calls, texts and marketing

Calling the Line does not sign you up for marketing calls or text messages. We will not send you marketing texts or automated or prerecorded marketing calls unless you have given us prior express written consent, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and similar laws. If you give that consent and later change your mind, you can reply STOP to any text or contact us at [email protected].

A Partner you speak with may contact you about your booking, for example to send an itinerary or confirm a change. Contact from a Partner about its own services is governed by that Partner's policies.

7. Cookies, pixels and similar technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies. Some we set ourselves, and some are set by third parties such as Google and Meta. We use them to:

  • Make the Site work (strictly necessary);
  • Understand how the Site is used (analytics); and
  • Measure and target advertising, including showing you our ads on other sites and apps and checking whether an ad led to a call.

Your choices

  • Browser settings. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The Site will still work, including the call buttons.
  • Ad settings. You can manage personalized ads in your Google account (Ad Settings) and your Meta account (Ad Preferences). You can also opt out of interest-based ads from many companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).
  • Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for that browser, as required by applicable state law.
  • Do Not Track. There is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, so we do not respond to them. We do honor GPC, as described above.

8. "Selling" and "sharing" personal information

Several US state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly. Under those definitions, we may "sell" personal information because Partners pay us when we connect calls, and we may "share" personal information, or use it for "targeted advertising", when ad platforms receive data from the Site.

In the past 12 months, we may have sold or shared the following categories with these recipients:

  • Identifiers (phone number, IP address, cookie and click IDs): Partners, advertising platforms.
  • Internet or other electronic activity (Site interactions): advertising platforms.
  • Approximate geolocation (area code or IP-based region): Partners, advertising platforms.
  • Audio information (your call): Partners, because they answer the call.

How to opt out

You can opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, and of targeted advertising, by:

  • emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share" and the phone number you called from; or
  • turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser (this covers browser-based data for that browser).

Because our Service works by connecting your call to a Partner, if you opt out we will mark your phone number so that future calls from it are not sold. We may still need to connect the call in order to help you. If you prefer, you can ask for help without being transferred.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we have about you, and how we collect, use and disclose it;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete personal information we collected from or about you;
  • Get a copy of your personal information in a portable format;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects;
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we don't use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right);
  • Appeal our decision on your request; and
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

How to make a request

Email [email protected] or write to us at 1012 Beaufort-Waubra Road, Waubra VIC 3352, Australia. Tell us which right you want to use, and include the phone number you called from. Calls are our main record, so the phone number is how we find your information.

Verification. To protect you, we will verify your identity before acting on requests to access, correct or delete. Usually we do this by confirming that you control the phone number involved, for example by sending a one-time code. We don't need to verify opt-out requests.

Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We may ask the agent for proof that you authorized them, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly.

Timing. We will respond within 45 days, or within any shorter period required by law. Where the law allows, we may extend that once by another 45 days and tell you why.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We will respond within the time required by your state's law. If you're not satisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Shine the Light. California residents may ask us once a year, free of charge, whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. Send requests to [email protected].

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of covered information by emailing the same address with the subject line "Nevada Opt-Out".

11. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. That includes providing the Services, settling billing with Partners, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and meeting legal, accounting and tax obligations. How long that is depends on the type of information:

  • Call records (number, time, duration, routing) are kept for as long as we need them for billing, quality, dispute and fraud purposes, and to meet record-keeping obligations.
  • Call recordings are kept for a limited period for quality and dispute purposes, then deleted, unless we need them longer to handle a complaint, dispute or legal matter.
  • Website analytics and advertising data are kept according to our settings with the relevant providers.
  • Privacy requests and our responses are kept for at least 24 months, as required by law.

When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it.

12. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to the nature of the information. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable service providers with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

13. Children's privacy

Our Services are meant for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

14. Where information is processed

Our Services are intended for people in the United States. We and our service providers may process and store personal information in the United States and in other countries, including the country where we are based. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws where you live. When we transfer personal information, we take steps to make sure it stays protected as described in this policy.

15. Third-party services

This policy does not cover the practices of Partners, airlines, ad platforms, payment processors or any other third party. That includes what they collect from you directly, for example when a Partner takes payment for a booking, or when you visit a third-party website. We encourage you to read their privacy policies. A Partner can tell you how to get its privacy policy when you speak with it.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will give more prominent notice where required by law. Changes apply from the date they are posted.
